What counts as one conversation?
One customer chatting with Leslie within a 24-hour period counts as one conversation — however many messages go back and forth. If the same customer comes back three days later, that's a new conversation.
What happens when I use up my monthly conversations?
You get alerts at 50%, 80%, 100% of your allowance. At the limit you approve an extra pack — 500 conversations for $39 — or upgrade your plan. Nothing is ever charged silently, and a conversation that's already underway is never cut off.
Are WhatsApp (Meta) fees included?
Every plan includes a monthly WhatsApp usage credit — $10, $20 or $40. Beyond it, Meta's messaging rates pass through at actual cost. We add no markup, and you control spending limits and alerts.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away, downgrades at your next billing date, and you can cancel anytime — no contracts on self-serve plans.
Is Leslie smarter on more expensive plans?
No — never. Every plan runs the full Leslie intelligence. Higher plans add capacity and operational scale: more conversations, numbers, knowledge sources, calendars and reporting.
